In other words, with The Finally Sold Way you will safely have cash in your hands in a flash. How fast you ask? We can typically close the sale of the home through a secure and government regulated title company or real estate attorney within just 10 days of you contacting us. And if 10 days is too quick for you, then we will let you pick whatever closing date you want.

Cary dates its history to 1750 when it began as Bradford’s Ordinary Settlement. After about 100 years, the North Carolina Railroad was constructed between Hillsborough and New Bern and the rail line went through the town making Bradford’s Ordinary a major transport route. The founding of this town is credited to one Allison Francis Page who bought 300 acres around the railroad junction and named his development Cary after the Ohio prohibitionist and Congressman Samuel Fenton Cary who Francis admired. Some of the early development projects here courtesy of Francis Page include a general store, sawmill, post office, and streets. In 1868, he built a hotel to serve passengers using the railroad transiting this area. In 1871, this area was incorporated as Cary and years later; the Raleigh- Augusta Air Line Railroad arrived here creating the Fetner Junction that further spurred growth and development.

Today, Cary has grown from a village area to a modern city located in the east-central part of North Carolina in the counties of Chatham and Wake. This city covers a total area of approximately 43.5 square miles with a population of about 140,000 people making it the seventh largest municipality in North Carolina. This city is part of the Research Triangle Metropolitan region that includes Durham, Chapel Hill, and Raleigh.

For transportation, Raleigh-Durham International Airport and Interstate 40 serve this area.

The major employers in this city include SAS Institute, Verizon, Fidelity Investments, WakeMed, American Airlines Reservation Center, and Siemens Medical Solutions USA. This region has significantly grown with time, and recently Money magazine named it position 5 in the list of best places to live in the Nation. This ranking was due to factors such as excellent schooling amenities, being family oriented and several outdoor options for its residents.

Climate wise; this region enjoys the humid subtropical climate of four distinct seasons with cold, snowy winters, and hot, humid summers. The hottest month is July with an average high of 81 degrees Fahrenheit while January is the coldest month with an average low of 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The average precipitation is approximately 46 inches per year, and the area here receives even rainfall nearly in all months of the year. The wettest month is September with about 5 inches of rain while the driest month is February with about 3 inches of rainfall because most of the precipitation falls in the winter as snow.

For recreation, the sites to visit here include Thomas Brooks Park, WakeMed Soccer Park, Page-Walker Hotel, Koka Booth Amphitheatre, Walnut Street Park, Sk8 Cary Skate Park, and William B Umstead State Park.
