Nowadays, many people need to sell their house ASAP but don't know how to do it. Well, we have a solution for you; it's The Finally Sold Way. With Finally Sold, selling your house, townhouse, loft, or condo has never been quicker, simpler or more convenient than ever before.
Simply put, The Finally Sold Way provides you a better alternative way to sell a home fast versus the rigid and outdated Real Estate Agent Way. Not only does Finally Sold give the control back to YOU where it belongs, but it also gets you these three important things that the Real Estate Agent Way simply cannot provide: SPEED, CONVENIENCE, and CERTAINTY.
Unlike when you try to sell your property with a real estate agent who is hoping and praying that they will eventually find a retail buyer who can qualify for a mortgage. We are a large real estate investment company that has the funds readily available to purchase your home at a moment's notice.
We truly can help you sell your own home fast because we are the actual buyer. You see, we purchase properties all throughout your state. We will pay cash for your home, and we can do it as quickly as you want us to. We will even pay for all of the real estate closing costs.
In other words, with The Finally Sold Way you will safely have cash in your hands in a flash. How fast you ask? We can typically close the sale of the home through a secure and government regulated title company or real estate attorney within just 10 days of you contacting us. And if 10 days is too quick for you, then we will let you pick whatever closing date you want.
It's no wonder that once you experience the Speed, Security, Convenience, Professionalism, and Certainty of The Finally Sold Way, you will NEVER want to sell your home any other way again!!!
Here are some of the other nearby cities and regions around Mesa and Maricopa County where we are actively buying houses, townhouses, lofts, and condos in: Apache Junction, Cave Creek, Chandler, Florence, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Tempe.
The history of Mesa dates back two millennia ago when the native people built sophisticated canals systems to irrigate their agricultural lands. The canals transformed the Desert into an agricultural oasis; these constructed canals ensured that the people got enough food through irrigation, and they are still in use to date.
The modern day Mesa was built in the late 19th century when the US army troops subdued Apache and opened it for settlement. On 17 July 1878, Mesa was incorporated as a town of 300 people of only 1 square mile. In 1895, Dr. A.J Chandler expanded Mesa Canal allowing enough flow to build a power plant. The city management was later to buy the utility company, and the revenues were used to build the town progressively. In the 1960s during the Great Depression, the management of the town used WPA funds to pave streets, build schools and other amenities for the residents. In early 1940, the population here began to explode due to tourism and industrialization activities.
Today, the city lies in the east valley of Phoenix Metropolitan Area and is part of Maricopa County. It is bordered to the west by Tempe, Apache Junction of the East, Salt River Pima-Maricopa on the north with Gilbert and Chandler to the south. According to the 2010 Census reports, the town was the Center of Population in Arizona; it is the third largest city in the state after Phoenix and Tucson. It is the thirty-eight largest city in the USA by population with about 439,041 people as of the 2010 Census report with a land area of 133.1 square miles.
The area enjoys a desert climate with scorching summers and mild winters because it lies in the Sonoran Desert. The city experiences temperature highs of 106 degrees Fahrenheit and lows of 77 degrees Fahrenheit in the summers and highs of 67 degrees Fahrenheit and lows of 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the winters.
Several freeways such as the Superstition Freeway runs through it between Phoenix and Apache Junction. The Valley Metro also connects the West of the city through to Mesa Drive. Two airports serve the city: Falcon Field in the Northeast, and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport on the southeastern side of the city.
This city is home to different branches of campuses such as Arizona State University, Polytechnic Campus, Upper Iowa University, Albright College, Benedictine University, and Wilkes University.
The town has 133 basins and 57 parks covering over 2000 acres spread throughout the city. The Red Mountain is the largest park that covers 1147 acres, and it includes a basketball court, playgrounds, cement volleyball court, and a lake. The other attractions of the city include Mesa Arts Center, Mesa Amphitheatre, Arizona Museum for Youth, Mesa Arizona Temple, Park of Canals, Mesa Grande Ruins, and Golfland Sunsplash among other historic attractions.
The city has sports facilities dedicated to providing a broad range of programs that include nontraditional and traditional sports needs of the Youth here. Arizona Rattlers and Trinity TEK racing development are some of the teams that nurture fundamental sports skills.
